A sustainable life
that feels true to you

Identity, Mindset, and Inner Work

Hi, I’m Haifa.

I'm a leadership and relationship coach, devoted to bridging the gap between the inner and outer world.

For years, I wanted to prove to myself that I could do hard things. High-pressure roles, prestigious paths, goals that looked right on paper. But the question was never whether I could do them, it was how.

Can I navigate stressful moments with ease and rootedness? Can I create from clarity, presence, and trust?

I’ve outgrown and rebuilt my life many times and what I've learnt is that outgrowing your life is not a problem to solve. It's a natural part of being alive. The practice is learning to return to yourself, again and again; each time a little more honestly, and build what's next from a truer place.

Today, I blend identity and mindset work, design thinking, and inner work. I draw on my training in IFS, experiences in somatics, and creative practice, to help you design a life that feels more like you.

If you’re wanting to create your life similarly, let’s connect.

I help leaders and high-achieving individuals
navigate transitions and create lives that feel true to them

Work with me if

You’re tired of pushing and feeling like you never arrive

You are smart, driven, and ambitious. You know how to make things happen and for a long time, pushing hard was how you did it. Somewhere along the way, the effort stopped feeling worth it. The goalpost keeps moving. The satisfaction never quite lands. And something underneath it all still feels off.

You’re not ready to give up your ambition

You’re ambitious, have a lot you want to create, but are so tired of feeling burnt out. The cost of pursuing your ambition has become too high. You don’t want to slow down but you want to find a way that doesn’t leave you empty.

You’ve tried changing what’s external

You've tried shifting things on the outside. A new role, a new city, a new plan. Maybe it helped, for a while. But the pattern followed you, because wherever you go, there you are. You're starting to sense that the real change isn't out there. It starts within.

You’re ready for something to shift

Maybe you don't have space to even think about this right now. Or maybe you have the space but don't want to navigate it alone. Either way, something in you is ready: for a life that feels lighter, more energized, more yours. Where you can do hard things without them feeling so hard.

Values

Listening

It all begins with listening: to what's wanting to shift, what no longer feels true, and what's wanting to come through.

Connection

To self, to others, to life. The quality of our relationships, especially the one we have with ourselves, determines the quality of our lives.

Allowing

Choosing to meet ourselves, others, and life as we are, not as we wish we were. Allowing the truth of the moment to exist, and with practice, loving what is.

Effortless action

When we are present and connected, action arises with clarity and momentum. No force is required, no energy is wasted.

Creativity

As a practice and a way of being. Creating work, creating a life, creating a self.

Beauty

A portal to love and aliveness. To witness beauty is to fall in love: with life, with others, with the journey of becoming.

Experiences that live within me

  • Navigating high-pressure environments. I’ve spent 10+ years in management consulting and tech. I’ve created $40MM in annual revenue. My body knows what it takes to deliver in high-standard, high-stress systems.

  • Crossing thresholds and being in transition. I’ve immigrated twice, lived abroad, reinvented my career multiple times, reinvented myself multiple times. The space between chapters can feel so unsettling and void, yet is so sacred and generative.

  • Living through ungroundedness and turmoil. I’ve experienced a banking system collapse, political upheaval, war. I’ve created new grounds for myself to stand on.

  • Being with grief and loss. I’ve lost a parent at an early age, cared for an aging parent with a chronic illness, and was estranged from members of my family. Over the past 15 years, I’ve slowly and surely shifted my familial relationships to create more peace, healing, and harmony.

  • Rooting my spiritual practice in lived experience. I am grateful to Vipassana meditation retreats, the Hoffman Process, my IFS trainings, and plant medicine apprenticeships & trainings for giving me the space and the tools to tend to my spirit.

  • Creating a relationship with my body. After years of disconnection and numbness, I began the lifelong work of building a present and attuned relationship with my body through practices like 5Rhythms, authentic movement, yoga asanas, and breathwork.

  • Reconnecting to the artist within. I welcomed my writer, dancer, and maker. I’ve written poetry, organized retreats, created exhibits, residencies, group workshops, and worked with plants.

  • Designing a career that honors multiple interests and parts of you. I’ve always felt like I had to choose one thing to be good at but that is simply not me. I’ve learnt how to relate to myself and my work in a way that allows the multiplicity of who I am to exist.
